Our Story

More than anything in the world, I love to create. And what better place to do that than in the kitchen – am I right? Everyone loves to eat: food brings us together in families and communities around the world. That’s why I went to the Culinary Institute of America and dedicated myself to not only being the best chef I can be, but the best PASTRY CHEF I can be. Ultimately this led to the creation of COOKIES + CRUMBS, a project as unique as the people who connect with me for one-of-a-kind treats. If you can imagine it, we can make it, together! That is true not only of desserts, but we can actually shape your vision into a cookie cutter you can hold in your hand and use for your next event. Whether I’m baking or you are, I want the people who connect with me to find joy in the little things, one bite at a time.
